HOUSE

We clear absolutely everything and anything, fitted carpets, curtains, Lino & wall and floor fixtures leaving your property ready for redecorating, sale or re-let.

OFFICE

We can provide a complete office clearance service including the removal and disposal of redundant IT equipment, office furniture, telephone equipment, destruction of computer hard drives, Paper shredding, C.C.T.V and intruder alarm systems including all wiring.

COST OF CLEARANCE

We charge by volume or by weight, every property is estimated individually, we do however have a minimum cost of £35.00 for single item clearance or delivery.

PAYMENT

• We ask for payment at the time of collection.

• Payment is via cash or cheque accompanied by a cheque guarantee card.

WHAT OUR COMPANY IS

Our company is a professional waste removal company, we do not purchase items for resale, you pay us for the removal of goods and for the safe and correct disposal.  

PLEASE NOTE

Although our main priority is to clear the property and to recycle, giving as much as we can to local charity, sometimes it is not possible to do this, for example if we have more than one van load we would need to off load the van first at a local recycle centre first so we can then reload and get the property cleared, we do however leave the better items for last so that we can ensure that these items will go to a good cause.
