Visual Report

We are offering a free visual report to all letting agents & estate agents, this offer is only available to one per company or per branch outlet. Our reason for this offer is to show you how important it is to have a safe electrical installation within a residential dwelling & also in the hope that you will use are services again to ensure your clients that there property's are safe to rent or to sell.

The purpose of a visual report is to determine, so far as reasonably practicable, whether an electrical installation has suffered and damage or deterioration or has any visual-evident defects which affect, or may affect the safety of its residents. The visual report is intended to be used only for the purpose of reporting on the condition of an existing electrical installation. The report should identify, so far as as is reasonably practicable any damage, deterioration or defects which may give rise to danger.

It is not claimed that the visual  report can or will fully determine whether an installation is safe for continued use. A full periodic inspection is recommended to the customer if it is suspected that the installation is in an unsafe condition, or it is believed that other significant defects cannot be determined, but may be revealed by testing.
